By downloading, installing, or using Whiselle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Whiselle is an AI-powered audio storytelling application that generates interactive, branching narratives based on user preferences. Stories are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment purposes only.
User Accounts
The App uses anonymous, device-based authentication. No personal login credentials are required. Your account is tied to your device. If you uninstall the App or change devices, you may lose access to your story history.
Free and Premium Tiers
- Free users may generate up to 1 story per day with limited topic regenerations.
- Premium subscribers have access to unlimited stories and features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
All subscription purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Content
Stories generated by Whiselle are created by AI and may contain romantic themes. We strive to ensure content is appropriate and does not include explicit material. However, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not responsible for the specific content of individual stories.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of Whiselle. Stories generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or commercially exploited.
Limitation of Liability
Whiselle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or AI-generated content.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
